Cloe Reservoir, a 27-acre lake in Jefferson County, is stocked with largemouth bass, trout, panfish and saugeye fingerling. There is easy access for shore fishing. You can fish for bass, trout and panfish at the reservoir. Boating at Cloe Lake is limited to boats powered by electric motors and un-powered boats. Cloe Reservoir is a great paddling experience. Primary boating includes shallow-draft, lightweight fishing boats, canoes and inflatables. Shore and pier fishing is available. There is a large parking lot and ramp at the access area. The fun doesn't end with summer; ice fishing is popular here during winter months. Anglers 16 years and older must possess a valid fishing license.
