Consists of 2 separate areas of State Forest land located in Northern Bedford, Cambria, Indiana, and Northern Somerset counties. Total area of State Forest land is 15,336 acres.
All State Forest lands are open to hunting, fishing and general recreation.
Trails within the forest are open to mountain biking. Most trails are kept clear over the summer. Trails within the forest are open to horseback riding.
Primitive campers spending no more than one night at a campsite typically do not need a camping permit, with certain exceptions.
