Ohiopyle State Park

Ohiopyle State Park, south of Pittsburgh, is great. You can whitewater raft on the Youghiogheny River, hike the 70 mile Laurel Highlands Trail, or bike the 300 mile Great Allegheny Passage rail trail from Pittsburgh to D.C. Loved the natural water slides in Meadow Run & Cucumber Falls, a beautiful waterfall with ice cold water that feels great after a day of hiking. And Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater, is close by.
A Camping Adventure

My friends and I just took our first trip to Raystown Lake where we stayed at a gorgeous campsite at Lake Raystown Resort and Lodge, which overlooks the lake and has tons of recreational activities right within the campground. We went swimming, jumped on water trampolines (and looked pretty silly doing it), and went for a drive through the beautiful winding roads. I was only a couple hours from home, but it really felt like a getaway.

the refreshing mountain air hits you like a heart attack. the endless mountains of trees peer out soaking up energy which will create the air we breathe to live life just to cure using a device. the pain we go through to be an individual is a big sacrifice. no where to go trapped in a dark cloud which is raining down upon everyone drop by drop. the beads of water roll off my moist skin to the ground just to be used again for another purpose.
