The Forest History Center is housed in an 1875 pre-Victorian Eastlake style home filled with artifacts from everyday life of Native Americans and early settlers including tools of their trades, products of the country's businesses and genealogies of the area's families. Open six days a week from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.; May - Oct. and closed Sun.
