You’ll get an up-close view of the craft brewing process and its magic with a visit to the Four Points Brewing Company. They’ve removed the actual floor of a former apartment building’s first floor to reveal their five-barrel brewing system, which can be viewed from the taproom’s balcony. Featuring a 19-tap system, you’ll find a selection of Four Points' finely crafted brews just waiting for you to sample, along with a couple of taps reserved for some of their friends’ craft beer creations. Four Points’ Plum Fruitition Berliner is packed with over 50 pounds of plum purée per barrel, while their thick and hazy Falling Banks triple IPA is dry-hopped with eight pounds of Citra, Cashmere, Chinook, and Columbus in each barrel, providing notes of grapefruit and lemon zest.
